Girls On The Run and STRIDE - STRIDE

Welcome to the Girls on the Run of the Coastal Carolinas and STRIDE department. Our mission is to educate and prepare girls and boys for a lifetime of self respect and healthy living.

STRIDE

STRIDE is a fun fitness and running program for boys in the 3rd through 5th grade. This program runs for 10 weeks and concludes with a 5k. During those 10 weeks the boys have the chance to share their thoughts and opinions about various topics taught with the goal for helping develop excellent character. Success, Teamwork, Respect, Inspiration, Determination = Excellence in Character.

Program Fee:
Program Participants: $60.00
YMCA Members: $50.00
Financial Assistance Available
Fee Includes:
• 10 weeks of curriculum based lessons
• Trained coaches
• Lesson materials
• 5K Registration
• End of season celebration
• Water bottle
• Other fun stuff
